These Terms govern your use of our website located at [internationaldiamondssales.com] and the purchase of loose diamonds and related products (collectively referred to as “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We are a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
1. ENTITLEMENTS CRITERIA AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To purchase Products through this Page, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You bear responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the login data to your account and for all actions undertaken on the account.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DIAMOND CERTIFICATION
2.1. Loose Diamonds Description: We make every effort to present as accurately as possible the characteristics (weight, cut, color, and clarity) of our loose diamonds. However, the exact visual representation on the screen may differ.
2.2. Grading Certificates: The majority of the loose diamonds we sell have an independent grading report from recognized laboratories, such as GIA, IGI, or HRD. The data contained in the certificate constitutes the final description of the technical properties of the diamond.
2.3. Ethical Sourcing: We guarantee that all our diamonds originate from conflict-free areas and are purchased from legal sources, in accordance with the resolutions of the United Nations and the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
- 3.1. Currency: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
- 3.2. Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing or typographical errors on the Site, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
- 3.3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
For high-value transactions, we reserve the right to require exclusively bank transfers for fraud prevention.
4. SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND RISK OF LOSS
- 4.1. Fully Insured Shipping: Due to the high value of loose diamonds, all shipments are fully insured during transit.
- 4.2. Delivery Requirements: Deliveries require a mandatory adult signature upon receipt. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
- 4.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you upon their delivery by the carrier to the specified address.
5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- 5.1. GOODS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DESCRIPTION OR CONTRACT (GOODS NOT IN ACCORDANCE / BREACH OF CONTRACT)IF THE DIAMOND HAS DIFFERENT PARAMETERS (FOR EXAMPLE, A LOWER CARAT WEIGHT, WORSE COLOR QUALITY, CLARITY OR A DIFFERENT CUT) THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE, RESULTING FROM THE INVOICE, GIA, HRD, IGI CERTIFICATE OR OTHER CERTIFICATES OF OTHER LABORATORIES OR IN THE STORE OFFER. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 2 UCC, THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE GOODS OR REVOKE THEIR ACCEPTANCE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME OF A HIDDEN DEFECT, UP TO 7 DAYS. IN SUCH CASE, THE COMPLAINTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. IN CASES WHERE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED NON-CONFORMITIES DO NOT EXIST, IN THE EVENT OF THE CUSTOMER’S WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE, THE COMPLAINT WILL BE REJECTED BY THE SELLER IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. LAW.
SHIPMENT DAMAGE.IN THE CASE OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED SHIPMENT WHERE THERE IS A SUSPICION OF DESTRUCTION OF THE CERTIFICATE OR ALSO OF THE DIAMOND, IF THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE RECEIPT OF SUCH SHIPMENT, THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY THEN AFTER PREPARING A REPORT REGARDING THE DAMAGE TO THE SHIPMENT BY THE COURIER OF THE FEDEX COMPANY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE BUYER RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT AND RECORDING A VIDEO AND AFTER PRESENTING SUCH REPORT TO THE SELLER, THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS.
Return Window: We offer [e.g. [14-day] inspection and return period from the date of delivery.
- 5.2. Condition of Goods: To qualify for a full refund, the loose diamond must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, along with all original documentation, packaging, and the original laboratory grading certificate. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product forming the basis of the claim.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, as well as any disputes arising from them or from your use of the Website, are subject to the laws of the State of Wyoming in the USA, are interpreted and enforced in accordance with them, regardless of the conflict of laws principles. Any actions or legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the State of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the last modification will be posted at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
